  2. My Work/Messages. For those familiar with PMG SCS, they know it provides a user interface for all parties: end users, management, and fulfillment/service provider. My Work/Messages is an area that alerts the service providers that they have tasks and work to perform to complete requests or workflows such as approvals or task assignments.

  3. Web Worklist. The web worklist is your “inbox” for tasks, approvals, and other actions that have been assigned to you via user requests or workflows. You can interact and complete all of these items via this web part within SharePoint. As a manager, you can also view and manage groups/queues and assign/re-allocate work items among team members.

  4. My Request History. For the end user who makes service requests, they have a virtually insatiable demand to know the real-time status of their requests and when they will be fulfilled. My Request History provides real-time textual and drill-down graphical views that provide rich status information.

  5. Services ; Service Request Forms. Using these web parts, PMG SCS services and service request forms are rendered natively in SharePoint where users can learn about products and services, interact in real-time, order requestable services, submit forms, etc.

  6. Reports. PMG SCS Reports and analytics are made available and rendered within SharePoint. The more than 60 out of the box reports and any custom reports and dashboards can be made available to specific users or groups via SharePoint.
