Bell Canada

Work with Bell Canada's Senior Vice President, Human Resources to design and implement, in just 18 months, Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll integrated systems for 60,000 employees. The project has allowed Bell Canada to reduce the cost of human resources management from 3% to 1% of the value of the payroll.

 

Reitmans

Work closely with the CEO and the Executive Project Manager to select and implement an integrated shared services solution provided by two different vendors. The scope of this solution included: Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, Finance and Lifecycle processes for merchandising processes.

The solution was implemented in just 19 months with a very small project team. Reitmans quickly became a best-in-class project implementation for the apparel industry with a process efficiency level capable to successfully compete with global companies, while other medium-sized retailers have unfortunately closed their doors.

 

HEC Montréal

Worked with CEO and Executive Project Manager to select, orchestrate and implement a Higher Education ERP solution in only 20 months. The scope included process transformation for Human Resources, Procurement and Student life cycle management. As a result, HEC was able to increase its student population by 30% over a 5-year period without having to add a single employee to their Shared Services Unit.

 

Teleglobe

Collaborated with the Canadian and US CIOs to design and implement a data storage solution for 25 data centers around the world. This solution has provided Teleglobe with a unique competitive advantage enabling it to offer the ability to migrate any business application from the customer data center to Teleglobe's data center in less than 30 days without interrupting the service to users.

At the strategic level, during his time at Development Dimensions International (DDI), he managed a team of professionals to help customers accelerate the alignment of their personnel with lean, innovation and service business strategies.

During his eight years, he orchestrated projects to improve leadership and coaching skills for supervisors and managers, implementation of in-house systems up to large new plant start-ups and organisational culture change programs. These projects involve defining the vision, mission, values and competencies and the implementation of selection and training systems to help customers realize their full strategic value

 

At the business level, At the business level, he has collaborated with clients to improve the efficiency of their business processes through ERP solutions, such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, Retek and SAP, in order to accelerate the transformation of business units with a silo operation mode into an integrated team providing efficient shared services.

 

At the data level, he worked at Oracle to help customers leverage relational database technologies to transform islands of data into information useful for decision-making. One of the projects he has put forward is the use of the Oracle development platform to enable the "Chambre des notaires du Québec" the process automation capability level to support notaries' services lifecycle management.

 

At the technical level, while he was at EMC2, he helped customers consolidate their enterprise data storage platforms into enterprise life-cycle architecture to better leverage information.
